PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All transfers must be paid in full within 24 hours from Invoice date.
- In the event that payment was not received or no alternative payment arrangements were made, we have the right to cancel the booking without further notice.
- Payments to be made directly to our Bank Account. Please use the provided reference number when effecting payment.
- Company Policy regarding cancellation fees and moving of bookings to different times:
- Cancellation fee: 30% of fee from booking up to 72 hours prior to service date/time
- Cancellation fee: 50% of fee if cancelled less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours prior to service date/time
- Cancellation fee: 100% of fee if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to service date/time
- R60-00 per person to move a booking
