Terms and Conditions:
This agreement is entered into by and between Ingelosi and the hirer.
1. Quotations are always in South African Rand.
2. Prices based on the services of outside contractors may vary and any increase in charges will be passed on to the hirer.
3.An acceptance of the quotation will be regarded as an acceptance of services to be rendered and the full amount of the quote is payable within 24hours from date of booking
4. The service cannot be cancelled except by mutual agreement and Ingelosi shall be at liberty in its discretion to charge a cancellation fee or any percentage thereof.
5. The hirer undertakes to observe any regulations of the Motor Carrier Transportation Act, Tourism Act, and Labour Act (Wage Determination 452) of the Republic of South Africa, as amended from time to time, or of similar and appropriate laws of any other country or countries in which the vehicle may travel during the travel of hire.
6. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the passengers obey any lawful instruction given by the driver of the vehicle, as far as it relates to the safety of the passengers and the vehicles.
7. Guiding and guides remain the sole responsibility of the hirer and indemnifies Ingelosi from any prosecution which may arise from the transgression of the Tourism Act No 73 of 1993.
8. Smoking, the use of alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the vehicles.
9. Safety belts where fitted are compulsory to use.
10. Any loss or damage caused to the vehicle, its fittings or equipment due to the negligence or misconduct of any passenger, will be the responsibility of the hirer.
11. Ingelosi shall not be liable for any loss or damage to luggage and/or personal belongings.
12. Entrance fees are the responsibility of the hirer.
13. To ensure punctuality a detailed schedule reflecting all departure and arrival times, must be forwarded to Ingelosi at least two days before the service is required.
14. Ingelosi has public passenger liability coverage in the amount of R10 000 000, 00 (ten million rand) per vehicle.
16. Payment by SWIFT / International Bank Transfer attracts high bank charges. Should you wish to pay by means of SWIFT / International Bank Transfer please include an amount of R150.00 per transaction to cover said costs
